I’ve been working in the dental field for over 15 years. I started assisting
and now have knowledge of all aspects clinical and administrative. I see
myself as a Phoenix: Never ending, always renewing, majestic, and always at
your service yet, not truly understood by mortals. The greatest part of
working here is the people that I interact with on a daily bases: I’m proud
to be a part of our exceedingly professional and caring team. We have some
of the kindest, friendly people visiting us from within our community and
I joined the practice thirteen years ago. Originally from El Salvador, I am the mother of three very outgoing girls and one boy. I have a great passion for dentistry and assisting with full mouth re-construction, implants, and sedation. I relish learning new procedures and techniques. My major responsibility is to limit Dr. Morabito’s spending of new gadgets as well as manage supplies and equipment. I love my job because of the crazy fun and ongoing laughter always. I believe the Elephant best describes my personality: responsible, loyal, sensitive, connected socially, and immense determination.
I am a mother of two active and athletic boys, that keep me busy when I’m not at work. I am from Alexandria, VA but my parents are from El Salvador and Honduras. I joined the dental field about 5 years ago as Front Desk but have recently decided to expand my knowledge by working as a Dental Assistant and I have loved it ever since. If I could be any animal, I would be a lion because of how powerful and loyal they are.
Hello, my name is Grace. I moved to the United States from South Korea in 2014 with my husband. I originally studied and received my degree in, early childhood education. When I was young, I was afraid to go to the dentist. I was like this for many years, until one day I had a good experience with a kind hygienist. I decided that I would like to try and be the kind of person that can help set the mind of young children at ease and allow them to be less afraid of the dentist. I’m very excited for the opportunity to work as an assistant for this dental team. If I could choose to be any animal, I would be a panda. I really like the black and white patterns in pandas’ fur. They also spend more than 10 hours a day eating food, which I think I would really enjoy. The lifestyle that pandas enjoy is perfect for me!
I am a mother of 3 amazing children. I watched my mom run a dental office which prompted me to learn and since then I've grown to LOVE dentistry! When I'm not chasing behind my kids, I am giving back to the community. My goal is to make every person I come in contact with smile. If I were an animal I would be a butterfly, I can transform into something amazing.
I graduated Magna Cum Laude with a B.S. in Cellular, Molecular, and Physiological Biology from Christopher Newport University. I have been in the dental field all of my life. As a little girl, my dad brought me into the office to assist him on emergency cases. I quickly fell in love with the medical field. Medicine is like a puzzle, the signs and symptoms are the pieces that fit together to develop a diagnosis. There is so much joy in being able to find the answer and change someones life. I am partnering with my parents to develop a non-profit so we can continue to make a difference through our mission work around the world. If I were an animal I would be a dolphin because I love the water and am very adventurous. "The ever-present smile of the Dolphin is there to remind us that the best way to integrate our intellects, our emotions, and our actions is through the simple act of playing" - Steven D. Farmer Ph.D.
After being introduced to the dental field in High school, I decided to pursue a dental assisting career. The 10 years as a dental assistant has propelled me to further my education to become a registered dental hygienist which has brought a great sense of fulfillment and joy to my personal and professional life. I graduated from the Northern Virginia Community College Dental Hygiene program with great honors. If I were to be an animal I would be a horse since I’m active, a fast learner, loyal, and a hard worker. I really enjoy building relationships with patients and educating them about the importance of oral health since it can help prevent so many other systemic problems.
I am a mother of two boys in high school and am originally from El Salvador. I have been a dental assistant for twenty years, thirteen of which have been with Dr. Morabito. I am responsible for the maintenance of the equipment, assisting, and designing cerec crowns. I love working at this office especially the surgery, implants and how all the technology can help our patients. Several years ago, Elsy and I coordinated a dental mission to El Salvador where we treated more than 400 patients. If I were an animal, I would be a Bumble Bee because they are very hard workers.
I am a mother of three and truly relish outdoor activities including SUP boarding, hiking, and Bikram yoga. I also have a passion for baking treats for my children, family and co-workers. I was brought to dentistry by my love for maintaining beautiful smiles worldwide. I genuinely appreciate the opportunities at our office as we help others on mission projects in exotic locations. My claim to fame is performing head stand in the office, lunch outings or international mission trip. If I were an animal, I would be a Falcon because they soar to the highest points. My life motto is, there’s no such thing as bad weather, just bad equipment!
